Aufgaben
- Order management (entry, delivery note editing and shipment tracking)
- Invoicing and payment follow-up
- Logistics follow-up: stock checking and coordination with carriers
- Customer relations: Telephone reception, information, complaint processing
- Sales interface: Link with field sales and related departments in Germany (export, production and accounting departments)
Anforderungen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of an ERP, SAP strongly desired
- Good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Good knowledge of German (spoken and written) – beneficial
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills
- Rigor, method and responsiveness
- Good team player
