In factories that store, process or even produce food, the legislature has a strict policy to clean parts and surfaces. The past has shown that production sites are susceptible to contamination and can thus be a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses. In order to prevent this, all equipment, devices and surfaces have to be cleaned and disinfected daily, as well as residues of the production have to be removed in order to ensure an optimal product quality.
