Hygienic design is becoming increasingly important in connection with hygiene concepts. For this reason, the Calvatis Group has joined the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). Through the lively exchange of practice and theoretical knowledge, all new findings can be optimally applied to every customer.

The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) is an expert community of machine and component manufacturers, food industry experts, research institutes and health authorities.

EHEDG has set itself the goal of making a contribution to hygienic construction and design in all areas of food production and thus ensuring the safe production of food.
